No reliable predictor for E1300, which caused this current SCS 107 action. - Decision was made that upon contact with Chandra, if EPHIN levels were "only somewhat above" the nominal one-third of trip level criteria, that we would proceed and uplink and activate the load, given the fairly steady and "quiet" downward trend of the rad levels - Upon contact, rates met the criteria, with the only one close to the limit being the E1300 channel at 3.0. This met the criteria to proceed described earlier, so the decision was made to uplink the rest of the AUG1701B load and enable. - Possible radiation telecon tonight ONLY IF there is a significant change from the generally downward trend in the radiation environmental levels. If necessary, call telecon via sot_red_alert. 3) Current Radiation Environment: UTC 2001:229:19:20:54 (Aug17) f_ACE 2.40e+04 F_CRM 0.00e+00 Kp 7.3 R km 56968D Currently scheduled FPSI, OTG : HRC-S LETG Costello Kp : 7.33 ACE EPAM P3 Proton Flux (p/cm^2-s-sr-MeV) : 2.40e+04 Orbit Start Time : 2001:227:08:54:00 Geocentric Distance (km), Orbit Leg : 57216 D CRM Region : 3 (Magnetosphere) External Proton Flux (p/cm^2-s-sr-MeV) : 4.28813000000e+05 Attenuated Proton Flux (p/cm^2-s-sr-MeV) : 0.00000000000e+00 External Proton Orbital Fluence (p/cm^2-sr-MeV) : 1.32420455984e+10 Attenuated Proton Orbital Fluence (p/cm^2-sr-MeV) : 0.00000000000e+00
