S/C: We met with Chris Johnson of TRW West to discuss the OTG ASVT test failures. It looks like the new flight software wasn't getting telemetry on time in some instances, so prevented the move. We believe a computer that provides the telemetry in the ASVT simulation has a latency due to its work load. We are preparing a further test that will stress this computer even more, to verify this hypothesis. We are preparing four CAPs for this week's OTG manual operation. GOT: There is a problem with the 3rd string machine. It won't run the OFLS (v.9.1b with ONLS 3.8). We are investigating. SOT: Radiation is generally low. The Sun looks rather quiet.
