NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS --------------------- (1) Telemetry data was very poor from DSS-66 at initial setup. Several things were tried to alleviate the problem, but to no avail. Finally the bit rate was lowered to 148,480 and solid telemetry began flowing at 165:21:26.
