It can be edited manually. The SOE problem is still not entirely fixed, but is better than before. We are considering whether to proceed with release of 9.1a or try to fix this. V. 9.2 will be online in another ~6 weeks. S/C: GOT: Now that the move from PTP -> SCUD is approved, we will be implementing the transition. SOT: The ACE 2 hr flux jumped up recently, but is still only 1/10 of threshold for concern. The AGASC ID filter, or lookup table, has not yet been put into place. This is why we did not reject the galaxy in OBSID 1597. We are investigating the timeline for bringing the filter online.
