The soe file star problems appear to be completely corrected! Since we also have recently learned why the or and er names in the soe header do not always match the file names (a misunderstanding in the meaning of the fields) we (FOT & SOT MP) have already taken steps to minimize this minor issue. Assuming the star problems really are fixed (which I think they are but we will make sure to doublecheck when 9.1B is made operational) we now have no known issues with the soe file. Thanks to everyone who helped getting this fixed. John
