NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS From the 9am status meeting: Last segment of the OCT0301B load was uplinked, onboard loads are good until 281:08:06. The OCT0801C load was approved yesterday for uplink. The FD CCB yesterday approved the standard proceedures for State of Health, and "Unsafe ACIS Phase 1," which will take immediate actions when the SIM is found to be in an incorrect position which would expose ACIS to focussed soft protons in or approaching the radiation belts. The maneuver constraint checker upgrade, used by FOT/MP in mathcad, was approved. To be installed today. Radiation is suitably low for ACIS observation, but still noticeably elevated, with ACE fluxes about 1000, and EPHIN P4GM at 5% of its trigger threshold. Solar forecast is for low activity.
