One was added at 294:1600 in order to run SCS 107 due to high solar proton fluxes. Station was actually up at 294:15:30 and SCS 107 commanded via CAP 593 at about 15:39. All SSR dumps are current. NOTE that we continue to run under OBSID 2365. Plan is to resume the previous OCT2201B schedule when we next exit the radiation belts, with OBSID 1963. Products were sent out this morning, and a load review is scheduled for 2pm EDT. Load is called OCT2301A. Plan is to uplink the new loads at the 22:15 (6:15 EDT) pass this evening. This comm is too early for ACIS to start a CTI run via real time CAP, and we have chosen not to try to run a CAP at the next opportunity at 296:06:50. Eric Martin pointed out a 20 arcsec "glitch" in the attitude estimate at about 293:09:00. This was accompanied by +/- 25 arcsec/second jitter in the OBC estimate of the Roll rates, along with changes in the reaction wheel rates and torque currents. There was no change in estimated IRU bias rates. His further investigation resolved this issue as due to a spacecraft momentum dump. (It looked unusual because momentum dumps are not usually made in normal pointing mode.) The loads were interrupted Sunday by an extremely soft solar proton event, which essentially didn't register on GOES 10 MEV and higher energy protons. The geomagnetic field is expected to be at active to major storm levels. We may also be hit by a previous CME later today. This may be manifested by spikes in GOES .9 to 4 MEV proton rates in the 1200 to 1600 time frame.
