Both GOES and ACE rates are still rising, so there is little chance that the environment will be acceptable for science measurements soon. Current attitude is safe until day 273 (sun violation), but would be a poor attitude for control of the ACIS radiator temperature at the next perigee pass. Based on the above, a telecon at 3:15 EDT recommended that a new load be built which would begin just prior to rad zone entry of the next pass, and maneuver to the proper ACIS radiator attitude with the anticipation of beginning science after the rad belt exit, i.e OBSID 02058, TIME=2001:269:22:30. The disrupted observation (01890) was a coordinated observation with Hubble but will be inserted during the next two weeks per a conversation with the observer. Loads will be built for this plan by tomorrow, expect load review to be tomorrow (9/25) afternoon. PPP will try to insert a CTI run (manual start) prior to the "stop science" that will be in the initial part of the new load at rad entry.
