Load picks up at about 269:1012 with radzone entry maneuvering and commanding, then does outbound CTI after perigee passage and continues with observations. Seg 1 of load must be uplinked on or prior to the 269:0645 COMM pass. Current ACE solar proton flux levels are about 31,000 and rising slowly. GOES-8 data indicate hard proton levels are well above RADMON trip points. EPHIN levels are well above trip points (see below).
