First segment of JUL1706B was uplinked, on-board loads good until 199:06:00. JUL2406 products are expected out today for review on Monday. ACE solar protons are at background levels, and solar activity is expected to be very low. There is a natural gas outage today, starting at 9:30am and possibly lasting until 3pm EDT. The implication is that IF we also have a power outage, the backup generator will not run. There is a plan in place to gracefully turn off systems during the approximately 20 minutes time we could run on the UPS batteries. Quick look data: OBSID Target Time Comment ----- ------ -------------- ------- No New quick looks -- doing a very long observation of Kepler's SNR. Automatic processing is shut down due to the potential for power failure. ------------------------------------------------------- Dan Schwartz, MS #3 das@head-cfa.harvard.edu phone: (617)495-7232 cell phone: (617)512-5627 pager: email to 6175125627@vtext.com -------------------------------------------------------
