There is a slight chance for a C-class flare. - Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to range from quiet to minor storm levels. A large coronal hole is rotating into a geoeffective position and is expected to produce occasional active to minor storm periods over the next two days. Quiet to unsettled conditions are expected on 09 June. IST: - OFLS software command loads issue: When patch command loads for the OBC were loaded to ASVT, fatal faults occurred which were traced to specific memory locations. This was traced to a portion of the CSFW code which uses character variables that were unexpectedly treated as signed (Linux), while on SGI they were treated as unsigned. Patched code has been created that fixes the problem, and this is expected to be released (11.5.3) and taken to the FDB within about a week.
