hrc_process_events
is adapted to change the method by which spatially and temporally
invariant PI values are calculated. Currently, PHA values are
corrected to spatially and temporally invariant PI values using
the gainmaps listed above. We are changing this such that the
scaled sum of the amplifier signals are used instead of PHA.
New gainmaps for the HRC-I will be provided to replace the current
ones, and new sets of TGAIN maps that include time dependence will
be provided for the HRC-S.
