Teleconference Instructions

Dear Chandra User's Committee Members,

A teleconference has been set up for the Chandra Users Committee Meeting
on October 13 - 14, 2011 at SAO.

This teleconference is meant for those who cannot attend the meeting in
person, however, instructions are being sent committee wide in the event
that you have an unforeseen last minute emergency and have to dial in to
attend the meeting.

To attend the teleconference, you may dial in as early as 8:30am or
anytime thereafter on both days. Dialing in is easy and non-interruptive
to those attending the meeting in person.

Dial the below number that applies to you if you are in the US or
calling outside of the country and then follow the prompts for the pass
code (applies to both phone numbers). You will then be automatically
connected.

Once connected into the teleconference, please take a moment to
introduce yourself so that all members in attendance know you have
dialed in and are participating in the meeting.

If you become disconnected or have to leave the meeting, you may simply
hang-up and redial to enter back into the conference call at any time.
Please note that the phone numbers and pass codes are the same on both
dates.
