Run CAP 1229 as soon as convenient during the 2012:058:20:15 pass.
CAP will:
  - Check radiation levels and safe SIM position
  - Set correct telemetry format
  - Enable SCS107
  - Set Obsid to 62682
  - Uplink, enable and activate the 24 hour CTI SCS load,
    1A_CTI4_24HR_135.CLD
  - ACIS confirms normal start of science run

Comm came up early, AOL around 058:19:50.
  FP was at -119.9, DPA A/B current 0.43 and 0.29,
  DEA A/B current 0.95 and 16.41

CAP steps
1.  058:20:19 EPHIN at 16, nice and low.
2.  058:20:19  GOES rates, proxy for HRC AntiCo, at 0.13, comfortable.
3.  058:20:19  Confirmed SIM at HRC-S, -99616.
4.  058:20:21  Already in format 2; EPS subformat selected.
5.  058:20:23  SCS107 enabled.
6.  058:20:25  Obsid set to 6282
7.  058:20:28  Load 1A_CTI4HR_135.CLD uplinked to slot 135.
8.  058:20:29  OC confirms 2S2SHTV is 8
    058:20:31  Start science
9.  058:20:32  ACIS confirms normal science run, pending science data
10. 058:20:39  OC/ACIS confirm good DPA input current values.

    058:20:53  First event data from the CTI.

We expect this SCS script to be interrupted by the resumption
load, which will clear and disable SCS slot 135, and
issue two stop science commands.
