HRC will check the Anti co-shield rates before the execution of CAP 1240
Run CAP 1240 as soon as convenient during the 2012:138:19:30 pass.
CAP will:
  - Check radiation levels and safe SIM position
  - Set correct telemetry format
  - Enable SCS107 and RADMON
  - Set Obsid to 6279
  - Uplink, enable and activate the 17 hour CTI SCS load,
    1A_CTI5_17HR_135.CLD
  - ACIS confirms normal start of science run

HRC CAP to check antiCo levels complete at 19:44.

 CAP steps
1.  2012:138:19:44  EPHIN at 7.97, verbal go-ahead from FD
2.  2012:138:19:44  HRC antiCo at 100 and a verbal go-ahead from FD
3.  2012:138:19:45  Confirmed SIM at HRC-S, -99616.
4.  2012:138:19:45  Already in format 2; EPS subformat selected.
5.  2012:138:19:47  SCS107 enabled.
6.  2012:138:19:49  Obsid set to 6279
7.  2012:138:19:51  Load 1A_CTI5_17HR_135.CLD uplinked to slot 135.
8.  2012:138:19:52  OC Enables and activates 135. Items are verified as they 
are telemetered down.
    2012:138:19:54  Start science reported on realtime pmon
9.  2012:138:19:58  ACIS confirms normal science run, pending science data
10. 2012:138:19:58  OC/ACIS confirm good DPA input current values.

  2012:138:20:17  First event data from the CTI.

We expect this SCS script to be interrupted by the MAR1712
load, which will clear and disable SCS slot 135, and
issue two stop science commands.
