The solar wind speed measured by ACE shows 2 shocks corresponding to relatively weak flares, one ~0800Z at one at ~1200Z. At 310:1400 the P3 measurement was ~3,000 and trending down. There is no expectation that radiation will inhibit recovery as planned tonight. Solar activity in the coming days is expected to be low with a chance for M-class flares on days one, two, and three (06 Nov, 07 Nov, 08 Nov).
