Where do I log in?

What is my password?

After using the reply form linked to in your invitation letter, you should have received an email containing your password.

If you have forgotten your password, or never received one, please send mail to cxoreview@head.cfa.harvard.edu.

Why can't I log in?

If you experience difficulty logging in to the website, please check the following:

• that you are at password_enter.php not password_enter_admin.php (administrators' login site);
• that you have cookies enabled on your system (Edit Browser Preferences);
• that you have not input extra spaces in either your name or the password;
• if you normally use a nickname instead of your first name, try both combinations with the last name.

What information do I need to submit?

You should submit the following:

• address information (including any temporary mailing address),
• your travel preferences,
• your accommodation preferences,
• your reimbursement preferences,
• if you require harcopy proposals.

How do I edit/submit my information?

When you log in, you are taken to an individualized home page. This page is separated into five sections for Contact Information, Travel Information, Accommodation Information, Reimbursement Information and Proposal Information. In each section there is a summary of the information you have entered and an 'edit' link. Use these 'edit' links to go to the update forms. After filling in the forms, hit 'Review Info'. This takes you to an information confirmation page. After checking that the information is correct, hit 'Confirm'. You will be returned to your home page, and the information you just added will be displayed in the appropriate section of the page.

Note that if the person who invited you did not have your complete address information, the first time you enter the site you will be asked to update your address information before being taken to your home page.

I have a question about travel/accommodations/reimbursement/rws site, where can I find the answer?

First, check the information on the Chandra X-Ray Center Peer Review page.
If the information you need is not there, please send your question to cxoreview@head.cfa.harvard.edu.

Why haven't I received a response to an email I sent?

If you sent your question directly to the Panel Organizer who invited you, they may be out of the office and not reading email. If you feel you need an immediate response, please forward your email to cxoreview@head.cfa.harvard.edu, which is monitored during regular working hours. Please mention that you have already sent one message to the Panel Organizer, so that we do not duplicate our replies.

If you already sent your email to cxoreview, and have not received a reply, please send the message again, letting us know that you need an immediate response.
