Chandra Limits Package
======================

This package provides a set of tools for determining the 
thermal limits for various temperatures on the Chandra 
spacecraft. In general, this package provides the capability
to:

* Determine the thermal upper or lower limit as a function of time 
  and spacecraft state
* Plot the limit line, whether by itself or along with telemetry or
  model data
* Determine if a temperature model (and eventually data) violates
  a thermal limit
