Subject: Instrument configurations for AOs 14 and 15

I have examined the obscat for the AO 14 and 15 periods, and compiled statistics for the use of each science instrument and grating combination, both by numbers of obsids, and by approved time. Actual times match approved within a percent or so, if we look only at proposals not categorized as unobserved or canceled.
I have prepared three tables: one for all sky-looking observations (i.e. no ERs), one for all except CAL observations (GO, GTO, TOO, DDT), and one for only GO and GTO observations (excluding TOO, DDT, and CAL observations.
