Bias Telemetry Truncation Anomaly, 2/17/13 and 8/13/13

These anomalies became DDTS entry OCCm10006.

The problem was reported and diagnosed in two MIT Software Problem Reports :

• SPR 148
• SPR 150
and will be prevented by the buscrash2 ACIS flight software patch, as described in MIT ECO 36-1048 for ACIS Flight Software Standard Patch Release E, Optional Release F.
