NIL SI mode
As of Februrary 2024, this is the new NIL SI mode, which uses a
standard TE mode plus a window blocking all events to allow txings
information to be telemetered in the exposure records.

Historical NIL SI modes

These are the new next-in-line modes for use during HRC
observations. We are no longer switching between different modes for
HRC-I and HRC-S, or for even/odd ObsIDs. All observations should use
the 2-chip mode, unless thermal conditions require 1-chip.
