In the case we need to back out the Science Only Safing Action software for ACIS, the files are stored in

/data/acis/LoadReviews/script/sosa_revert

To replace the current script with the sosa_revert script, using acis-backstop.pl as an example:

• Change into the /data/acis/LoadReviews/script directory:
  orion.acisdude:~[1]> cd /data/acis/LoadReviews/script
  
• Check the current sosa script in place:
  orion.acisdude:script[2]> ls -l acis-backstop.pl
  

  lrwxrwxrwx 1 acisdude head 21 Nov 20 23:43 acis-backstop.pl -> acis-backstop-v2.3.pl

• If this is not the same version as in /data/acis/LoadReviews/script/sosa_files directory, copy it there.
  orion.acisdude:script[3]> cp acis-backstop-v2.3.pl sosa_files
  
• Relink the sosa_revert version to the script name:
  orion.acisdude:script[4]> ln -s ./sosa_files/acis-backstop_V1.70.pl acis-backstop.pl
  Make sure to use the -s switch for a soft link.
• Check that the link is correct.
  orion.acisdude:script[5]> ls -l acis-backstop
  

  lrwxrwxrwx 1 acisdude head 21 [TODAY'S DATE] acis-backstop.pl sosa_revert/acis-backstop_V1.70.pl

Repeat this with all 4 scripts. You should run a quick regression test, but expect things to fail as the regression tests are being made for the SOSA software. At least you'll know they execute.

If there is a need to update the old software, this will be kept in sync and you will see new version numbers. The latest sosa software will be in /data/acis/LoadReviews/script/sosa_files.
