We anticipate that the Chandra NRA for Cycle 4 will be issued by NASA 
in early January.  The deadline for proposals will be 15 March 2002. 
Updated proposal software, instrument responses and the "Proposers'
Observatory Guide" for Cycle 4 are available on the CXC web site
(http://cxc.harvard.edu).  Printed copies of the Proposers' Observatory Guide
will be available upon request in January from the CXC Helpdesk.
