NAME

tallyphot - provide running totals of ray statistics

DESCRIPTION

tallyphot is a filter which provides running totals of ray counts, weights, and elapsed time. The totals are written to the standard error stream.

PARAMETERS

tallyphot uses an IRAF-compatible parameter interface.

The following parameters are available:

input file: Input ray stream. If the filename is the string stdin, it reads the standard input stream. It accepts rays in bpipe format.
output file: Output ray stream. If the filename is the string stdout, it writes to the standard output stream. It writes rays in bpipe format.
outcount integer: The interval in ray counts between successive totals.
time boolean: If true, output elapsed time for each interval.
debug list: A list of debug flags. None are presently defined.
help boolean: Print out help and exit.
version boolean: Print out the version and exit.
