Q: Why does the X-ray spectrum differ between
     objects?
A: Partly due to the different masses and partly due
to inclination effects through the outflowing gas.
Q: Where do the emission lines originate from?
A: Only part of the emission comes from the
outflowing gas, the rest comes from extended
scales (e.g., NGC4151; similar to Sy 2 galaxies?)
Q: What about the relativistic iron Kα?
A: We find no compelling evidence for its existence
in any of the objects (but rather that the soft X-ray
    spectrum is poorly understood)
