In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
You may also submit a ticket by sending an email to cxchelp@cfa.harvard.edu.

Helpdesk will respond to tickets submitted between 28 November 2024 through 01 December after 02 December. However, due to the Chandra 25 Year Symposium, users can expect delays in responses during the meeting.

- What operating system & version?
- The full syntax for the command(s) you are running.
- The complete text of all messages or warnings.
Do not include screen-shots of text in terminal windows; please cut-and-paste the text into the helpdesk ticket.
