Solar array angle
A plot of the solar array angle at the time of ACA high background events shows that there is no strong correlation. The plots below show the SA angle versus time and versus the "strength" of the high-background event. There is a slight hint that in recent years the high-background events occur less frequently at mid-range pitch angles, but the statistics are not conclusive.
