Ska runtime environment
=================================

The Ska runtime environment provides the full runtime resources used for all
Chandra "Ska" operations tools.  This includes the all aspect related
processing, ACA load review tools, the Ska engineering archive, the commanded
states database, ESAview tool, etc.
