Because of the high estimated soft proton flux, from the estimated
ACE EAPM P3 rates, we decided to stop the Chandra science mission.
SCS 107 was run by ground command at 326:01:24:54 using CAP 593,
and ran nominally.

Spacecraft momentum is about 15 ft-lb-sec now, and the current attitude
is good for several days for Earth/Moon blockage of the ACA.

Because Chandra has to go through the remainder of the Leonids trail
tomorrow, a manuever-only load will be built tonight to put Chandra
in a SIM-forward attitude for protection from the Leonids. This load
will be put out by FOT MP tonight, and must be reviewed and approved
for uplink, with the single uplink opportunity at 326:1630-1330 UT
(Saturday morning).
