SOT report (2002 09 10)

Solar soft proton flux is high, but falling steadily, after a large
increase accompanied by SCS 107 running autonomously at 250:16:49:47
UTC yesterday. The SCS 107 science instrument safing occurred ~15 min
after the end of the eclipse. There were fairly intense, long duration
events at 15:00 UTC yesterday and 03:00 today, but no CMEs yet
reported.
