No changes are observed. Imaging CCDs, Spec. CCDs, and BI CCDs
averaged plots are added.


     ************** MTA Problem Tracking. *****************

Problem tracking program still has problems. It will be  corrected
as soon as possible.

                ******** Trending  ***********

Some of msids of Ephin Temperature/Voltage and OBA/HRMA thermal which had 
upward trends  now display downward trend.


             *************  Telemetry ***********

Although they seem not serious, there are a few red and yellow warning
which have never happened before. All of them happened on 4/15/00.

	ACIS Electronics A: 1DEP0AVO: 0.72% red; clustered red jump to 0
	SIM Thermal: BOXTEMP: 4.16% yellow; a peak reaches yellow 
	Spacecraft Temperatures: TSCIUSF1: 2.82% yellow; a peak reaches yellow (348.12)
	HRMA Thermal: 4RT579T: 0.72% red; a clustered red jump

Also space craft engineering reported that the B side XMTR power output limit tripped
(69.945 --- 69.9 limit). It seems that the limits are too tight and is not cause for
concern.
