From Catherine- The CTI changes are due to the higher temperature for the calibration observations. You should expect to see all the FI CCD CTIs go up and the BI CCD CTIs go down for measurements at -110 C. That includes ObsID 62006 and 62003. *********** ACIS Focal Temperature ******** For this period, 5 peaks and 2 plateaus are observed. Peaks are: Day (DOY) Temp (C) Width (DAY) 175.58 -111.0 0.24 178.23 -111.0 0.23 180.88 -111.1 0.24 183.52 -111.0 0.24 186.16 -112.4 0.19 The base for day 186.16 is 1 C higher (-118.9C) than the others, and hence the width is smaller. Two plateaus are: Duration (DOY) Plateau temp (C) 185.00 - 185.97 -109.20 186.16 - -109.20 High temp observations were done during days 185 and supposed to be done 189. The base line temp between two high temperature observation was accidentally set to one degree higher (-118.9 C), but this will be back to -119.9 after the high temperature observations. >From Royce Buehler (buehler@space.mit.edu) ---- Jul 6, 2000 [W]e're still warm from perigee; the focal plane temperature at 188:22:32 GMT was -117.3C, and not dropping rapidly. ************** MTA Problem Tracking ***************** Due to ASVT data getting to the CXC, this system was contaminated this week. ******** Trending *********** Some new trends started appear around DOM 320 (around 6/10/2000). This seems to be the expected seasonal turnaround. Most appearent ones are: Acis Electronics: 1DAHH(A/B)O, 1DE28(A/B)O etc peaked around DOM 320, and started move downward HRC Housekeeping PRBSVL peaked around DOM 320 (30.2). Pcad Gyro Rates AOSUNEC2/3 sine curves peaked around 320. They are now on downward trends. AOSUNEC1 was turned downward around 280. ************ Ongoing Issues ******** Gratings- OTG Working group actions: A complete revamp of ops, e.g. elapsed time for grating motion will be reduced from 9 -> ~4 min, among many other actions. Andy issued prelim. plan for LETG ops for August. TRW west presented a preliminary plan for OTG ops. ************* Telemetry *********** A couple of msids (HKABIASLEAKI, TPZLGABM, CPCA15V) which we have not seen before or rarely seen, nicked a yellow zone around 6/26-27. *********** Photon Page ************ BSID DETECTOR GRATING TARGET ANALYSIS --------------------------------------------------------- 1777 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1778 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1773 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1772 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1770 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1776 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1782 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1775 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1774 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1771 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1781 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1780 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 1769 ACIS NONE G21.5-0.9 OK 947 ACIS-S NONE NGC6440 OK 1803 ACIS NONE E0102-72.3, CHIP S3 OK 1787 ACIS NONE E0102-72.3, CHIP I3 OK 1785 ACIS NONE E0102-72.3, CHIP I3 OK 616 ACIS-S NONE VB 10 OK 1786 ACIS NONE E0102-72.3, CHIP S3 OK 620 ACIS-I NONE OPHIUCHI MOSAIC #8 OK 1784 ACIS NONE E0102-72.3, CHIP I3 OK 1783 ACIS NONE E0102-72.3, CHIP S3 OK 1789 ACIS NONE E0102-72.3, CHIP S3 OK 622 ACIS-I NONE OPHIUCHI MOSAIC #10 OK 905 ACIS-I NONE HCG 90 OK 99 ACIS-I NONE GRO J165-40 OK 310 ACIS-I NONE M31 TRANSIENT OK 116 ACIS-I NONE KEPLER SNR OK 946 ACIS-S NONE NGC 6121 OK 874 ACIS-I NONE 1156+295 OK 404 ACIS-S NONE NGC 4565 OK 535 ACIS-I NONE A907 OK 795 ACIS-S NONE NGC 1291 CCD 6 PROBLEM?? 861 ACIS-I NONE Q2345+007 CCD1/3 PROBLEM?? 371 ACIS-S HETG PKS 1830-211 CCD4/6 PROBLEM??
