CTI drops are observed period of 10/23-10/30 observations for ACIS-S CCDs (ccd4, ccd8, ccd 9). For example, Mn K alpha for CCD4, Node0 displayed a dip:

For this period, there were 3 peaks.

Small, brief spike to -119.0 at Day 300.9 is not a regular spike. It is due to ACIS warm reboot after DPA anomaly (see Notes on the previous weekly)
The peak on 302.6 is the smallest peak in the last few months.
