Several alerts were issued on 2003:149 (May 29) due to an elevated
radiation environment. Total orbital attenuated dose was about
5.63e+09 p/cm^2-sr-Mev, resulting in a ground commanded activation
of SCS107 at
149:21:47:28 UT.
Obsids affected: 4175, 3871, 4188, 4096, although
a definitive restart time is yet to be determined.
CTI analysis is now computed with "detrending":
