GOT installation of ONLS 3.9.3 has caused an interruption in the
data capture sent to CXC. Realtime data is not affected, but dump data
has not been received. Therefore, this report covers only
the period 06/20/03 - 06/24/03. As of 1100 EDT on 06/27/03, dump data
delivery has resumed.
An autonomous SCS107 activation occurred at 173:18:48:41UT
(2 hours before scheduled RADMON disable). This event is thought to be
due to a 'puffed-up' belt state caused by high levels of coronal
stream activity. Loads resumed at 174:12:00:00.
Obsids affected: 3871
Lost science time: 7.5 ks
CTI analysis is now computed with "detrending":
Detrend CTI = Measured CTI + S3 amplitude reject rate * Detrend factor.

The gyro bias level has remained unaffected by the
change in current and so to date, there has been no impact to science
or operations.
"Prob" means that there was probably bad time data included in the manual runs.
This will be corrected in future processing.
