We intend to run CAP1368 to execute the SOP_ACIS_DEA_FEP_DIAGNOSTICS
procedure, to obtain diagnostic information from the S0 video board,
and Front End Processor (FEP) 4.

SUMMARY:
----------

The CAP and associated SOP ran as expected. Dump data were obtained and
stored for future analysis. ACIS returned to taking science on all unaffected
FEP/chip combinations. The science run completed nominally.

21:26	Verify proper ACIS configuration: ECS measurement in progress,
	obsid 51478, SI mode TE_007AE, with S0 talking to FEP4,
	telemetry saturation 82.7% (unsaturated).

21:36	Start CAP1368
21:39	Expected state

21:44	Start SOP_ACIS_DEA_FEP_DIAGNOSTICS with inputs:
	OBA: A; Delay: SHORT; Chip: S0; FEP: 4
21:46	SCS 135 uplinked
21:47	SCS 136 uplinked (S0)
21:50	SCS 137 uplinked (FEP 4)
21:50	activate SCS 135 (which activates the others in turn)
21:51	all FEPs suspended
21:57	Short delay finishes, ACIS dumps begin
22:00	DEA -15v (1reads -16.7v, yellow low
	video boards not sequencing
22:03	Dumps complete
22:03	FEPs resume taking science data, except FEP4/S0, as expected.

22:05	Verify SCS slots 135,136,137 disabled.
22:12	Verify SCS slots 135,136,137 cleared.
