Pass at 207/0410-0625: Support was originally "scrubbed" by the Ops Chief due to antenna pointing issue, 17 hours prior to call-up. Support was then re-approved without notification to the project. At this point the Ops Crew had left the facility for end of shift (flex time), resulting in no coverage. There was no impact to SSR management since a plan to work around this support had already been in place.
