We ran CAP1462 to execute a 39 hour CTI measurement during the
recovery from the Safe Mode on DOY 283  The Obsid for this measurement
is 62659. This is a 5 CCD ECS measurement clocking I0-I3 and S3
since a 6 CCD measurement would have violated the 1DPAMZT limit.
