This CAP sets the CPE Power Loss recovery relays to a desired gyro configuration of A2 and B2. This configuration will only be applicable for a Safe Mode Pass 2 situation (i.e., no backup OBC available). The Safe Mode Pass 1 gyro selections will still be driven/controlled by SCS 31 in the Safe Mode OBC.
