We ran CAP1535 to execute a 6 hour ECS measurement during the gyro swap activity
on DOY 213. The Obsid for this measurement is 62651. This 6-CCD ECS measurement
was executed at a normal Sun attitude, which is advantageous since it results
in a cold and stable focal plane.
