We ran CAP1528 to execute a 29 hour ECS measurement during the return to science 
from the Safe Mode on DOY 145. The ObsID for this measurement is 62654. This is a 4 
CCD ECS measurement clocking I1-I3 and S3 since a 5 or 6 CCD measurement would 
have violated the 1DPAMZT limit.  We expect this observation will be interrupted to 
resume science.
