NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS --------------------- From the 9am status meeting: 1 Supports completed in the last 24 hours (total time: 3 hours) 2 SSR dumps 2 CAPs: - 593A, 244/1034z, Manual SCS-107 Activation, CAP to Safe the Science Instruments - 893B, 244/1101z, Disable SCS 29, SCS 29 controls the spacecraft loads during eclipse operations and will only be active during the entire eclipse season. SCS 107 enables and activates SCS 29 as a contingency operation. SCS 29 should be disabled when outside of the eclipse season. This CAP should be executed after the last eclipse of the season, as directed by the EPS engineer. Additionally, this CAP may be used in the event SCS 107 is executed outside of eclipse season. Radiation: Solar activity is expected to be very low with a chance for a C-class or M-class flares on day one (01 Sep) and expected to be very low with a chance for a C-class flares and a slight chance for an M-class flare on days two and three (02 Sep, 03 Sep). MP: Working on return-to-science set of loads that include no LETG targets. Eng: It was discovered that there was a failed LETG insert grating move that put the s/c in incorrect position for the following observations and prevented further grating moves. SCS 107 run was successful, science instruments are safe. Follow up discussion on LETG insert anomaly after the 9am meeting on 1159. GOT: No issues.
