Chandra would benefit from a temporarily-enabled yaw-bias rate to achieve a better attitude for Gravity Gradient and minimize the momentum buildup. A yaw bias rate of 90 deg/hour will be applied for approximately 90 minutes (4 options of 84, 90, 96 and 102 minutes). Part 1 of the CAP will command an Aspect Camera full field search which should allow for a fine attitude solution which will be used to re-propagate momentum and select the duration to apply the yaw bias. The proper command load would then be uplinked, and the SCS enabled and activated. Part 2 will perform SCS cleanup. Radiation: Solar activity is likely to be moderate with a slight chance for an X-class flare on day one (15 Feb) and expected to be low with a chance for M-class flares and a slight chance for an X-class flare on days two and three (16 Feb, 17 Feb).
