The intent of this procedure is to fire (nominally) ten pulses on MUPS-B1, B3, and B4. Additional pulses will be fired as needed (up to 20 total pulses). Three SCSs will be loaded and run at PROP/PCAD’s discretion, one with commanding for each thruster individually. The timing will match that of the OBC in terms of pulse width (200 ms) and firing period (2.5625 sec). Sufficient time (> 2 minutes) will be left between all thruster firings to allow for rate and attitude error settling. Contingency measures will be in place as needed. Care will be taken to restore the system momentum to acceptable values by the end of the procedure. - 1703, 076/1123z, MUPS-B Return to Service Following a successful checkout of the MUPS-B hardware and opening of the MUPS-B isolation valve it is desirable to transition back to MUPS-B use. Mixed MUPS provides two thruster configurations. A VDE selection of A will provide MUPS A1,A2,A3,A4 and VDE selection of B will provide MUPS B1,A2,B3,B4. The intent of this CAP is to transition MUPS from a VDE selection of A to a VDE selection of B. This CAP will also enable autonomous momentum unloading on the OBC and restart the Momentum Unload cutoff monitor with a repeat count of 255. - 1672, 076/1131z, PR-551 MUPS B SCS Patch Uplink Apply PR-551 to update SCS 34 and 37 to enable momentum auto-unloading, MUPS-B configuration and SCS 120 enable/activation for 255 repeat count. Radiation: Solar activity is expected to be very low with a chance for a C-class flares on days one, two, and three (17 Mar, 18 Mar, 19 Mar). MP: Return-to-science loads were approved yesterday.
