A couple of CMEs were likely produced from active regions near the west limb and they should be directed mostly away from Earth. Solar activity is expected to be moderate with a chance for X-class flares on days one, two, and three (01 Aug, 02 Aug, 03 Aug). MP: Aug0524A load review today by 5pm. ENG: Investigation showed that a telemetry corruption event while turning on an SSR, like the event reported yesterday, happened before back in 2001. It was well documented and recognized as benign. Procedures will be updated to recognize that this may happen each time an SSR is turned on. GOT: No issues.
