Radiation: Solar activity is likely to be moderate with a 20% chance for an X-class flare on days one, two, and three (12 Feb, 13 Feb, 14 Feb). Last night an M6.5-class flare was observed from active region 3576 in the western part of the visible disk, and a large filament eruption was detected from the far side of the disk, likely from the same region which produced the X3.3 flare on Friday. The GOES rates increased again this morning and the GOES HRC proxies exceeded the limit (no mission impact: HRC observations are planned in the next 24 hours). The ACE P3 rates have been settling down over the last 12 hours. However, there is a shock passage predicted for today and tomorrow (Feb 12-13), mainly due to the CMEs launched on Feb 10-11, which may cause an increase of the ACE P3 rates. MP: No issues.
