A X2.5 flare was detected last night from active region 3576 near the SW limb (an approximate location of the region which produced the X3.3 flare and the hard proton event last Friday). The bulk of the CME plasma which followed the X2.5 flare should be directed away from Earth. We will monitor the ACE and GOES rates for any enhancements. MP: Feb1924A loads were approved yesterday.
