On Day 2026:027, HRC-S was successfully restarted via a slow manual ramp-up of the MCP high voltage while observing a region of relatively X-ray dark sky (CAP 1800). A subsequent attempt to restart HRC-S on Day 2026:065 (CAP 1804) using the normal MCP high voltage ramp-up (SCS 90) while observing a well characterized source was unsuccessful, resulting in the HVPS shutting down shortly after reaching the full operating voltage settings. Stopped at end of step 15 of first round, had to execute contingency step 2. Resumed at finished steps 21-25. Radiation (Solar Activity): Solar activity is expected to be low with a chance for M-class flares on days one, two, and three (27 May, 28 May, 29 May). Radiation (Geophysical Activity): The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to active levels on days one and two (27 May, 28 May) and quiet levels on day three (29 May).
