The event occurred just prior to radiation belt entry and is thought 
to be due to a 'puffed-up' belt state caused by high levels of coronal 
stream activity.

SCS 107 autonomously ran on Chandra during realtime comm, at 107:2036 UT,
due to high EPHIN P4GM rates. SCS 107 ran correctly. The P4GM rates were
high for the current radbelt entry, and also for the previous radbelt 
entry, possibly due to electron contamination of the EPHIN P4GM channel.
