Aug 1, 2005 email ----------------- SCS 107 ran under ground command at approximately 214:01:16 GMT. This followed a radiation telecon which was triggered by the MTA fluence alarm at 1E9 ACE soft protons. ACE rate was about 28,000, and rising. If the ACE rates doubled over the remainder of the orbit we would hit 3E9, but we could not be sure they wouldn't increase a factor of several. unfortunately Seq obsid 600473 05954 of Sgr A* coordinated with the VLA was interrupted soon after it started. Since 05954 was scheduled past the end of the next comm, we know the attitude is good for at least that long, and it appears good for much longer.
